The main CardBase window defaults to a 'compact' mode which is completely functional: type a few letters of a contact's name and press Enter to open that contact's card, or press Ctrl+F to slide the Find panel into view and type a free-text search.

The CardBase contact window includes hyperlinked email and web addresses, one-click buttons to copy Name+Address or other contact details to the clipboard, plus Print and Export As VCard options.





In its expanded mode, the main CardBase window is a Windows folder clone: right-click a contact's icon to copy details, send email or visit the website. Or, of course, double-click to open the card.
