Refunds Policy

All commercial CFi software products offer free evaluation periods of at least 30 days. These are not merely demos or save-disabled versions: you have full use of the software during this time. The only difference in unlicensed versions is the splash screen which delays the program startup. You should use this evaluation period to evaluate the software.
When you purchase a license for the software, we issue 'unlock' codes that enable you to use the software forever. By their nature, the unlock codes cannot be returned to us. We regard your purchase of a license as indication that you have determined the software is suitable for your needs.
Accordingly, we will not refund or exchange software purchases, other than in very unusual circumstances.
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us, and we work hard to ensure that you will be. You should never have to buy a product from CFi without knowing that it's right for your purposes.
