How can I buy in my own currency?
All our prices are in GB pounds sterling and we use that currency for all transactions. However, you can buy online from CFi whatever your local currency. When you buy, your bank or credit card company converts your payment to your local currency. Your credit card statement will show a payment to 'Cool Focus International Ltd', and should show the transaction amount in both GB pounds and in your own currency.
Are the US dollar and Euro prices correct?
No, the dollar and euro prices given on this site are approximate, and intended for guidance only. We update these prices regularly, but the exact transaction amount will vary depending upon the conversion rate used by your bank or credit card company.
Why would I need more than 1 license for a product?
A single license allows you to use the product one a single computer. If the product is to be used on more than one computer, you need to purchase additional licenses to cover the other computers. Purchasing multiple licenses in one order provides a substantial discount (see below).
Is there a discount for buying multiple licenses?
Yes, the price of 2 or more licenses is charged at roughly 60% of the single license price, up to a maximum of 50 licenses. When you change the number of licenses for a product in the shopping cart to 2 or more, you will see the price-per-license change. If you need more than 50 licenses, please contact us for details.
Will you send me an invoice or receipt after purchase?
After you order online you will receive a copy of your order and transaction details by email within a few minutes. If you would like a formal invoice, please contact us by email at contact.cfisoft.com. We can send an invoice in Microsoft Word format as an email attachment, or by fax. We can also send an invoice before payment if required; however, we cannot provide 'unlock' keys for any product until payment has been made in full.
